What does our service cost you?
It costs you nothing! We pay you a rebate of up to $200, based on your monthly rent amount. Rebate terms can be found here.
How are we paid and by whom?
The apartment properties pay us a referral commission, and we give you a rebate. The rent prices you see listed on our site will not be marked higher than those seen on other sites. All rent prices are equal, so you won’t end up paying more than you would if you didn’t use our services.
Does using your service affect my rent?
No, commissions paid to locators have no effect on your rent. Rents are the same, whether you find an apartment on your own or rent one found by a locator.
How do I claim my rebate?
Submit the rebate form online with pertinent information. You will need to mention our name on your guest card or lease during the signing process. Once you have signed, we will follow up with your landlord and verify that the lease has been signed. After that’s done, you can expect to receive your rebate.
When can I expect my rebate payment?
We send your rebate the same day we get paid. Typically, this is 30 to 90 days after you move in.
