ASAP Apartment Finders will pay a $200 rebate where your monthly rent is $1,500 or more; a $100 rebate for rent between $1,000 and $1,499 per month; and a $50 rebate for rent of $999 or less.
To qualify for the rebate, all persons applying for the lease must enter “ASAP Apartment Finders” as the referring entity in two places: on the apartment’s guest card when first visiting the property, and on the application for lease; the lease signed must be for a period of twelve months or longer; a completed rebate form must be submitted within 15 days after the lease start date; and the apartment property must have verified the lease. Only one rebate will be paid per apartment leased.
If you’ve previously lived in the same apartment community or one managed by the same company, or move to another managed by the same company before your lease begins, no rebate will be paid.
The apartment must be paying a minimum of a 50% commission. If the apartment is paying less than 50%, you will qualify for a lesser rebate amount. The rebate can take 30 to 90 days to process depending on how quickly the property management company pays ASAP Apartment Finders.
